Formula & how it works

The bill is built up from slabs and charges:

  • Energy charges = units priced through each slab band
  • Fuel adjustment = units ร— per-unit adjustment
  • Taxes = (energy + fuel) ร— (GST 18.0% + duty 1.5%)
  • Total = energy + fuel + taxes + TV fee
